RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your backpack purchase, and we are committed to delivering high-quality bags and accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Backpacks must show no signs of use, including but not limited to stains, scratches, odors, or damage

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of quality defects

Orders paid entirely with store credit or coupon codes are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund

Your order number

The reason for return

If requesting an exchange, the desired replacement item or color

We will reply with the return address and further instructions.

Important: We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may choose one of the following options:

Exchange for a different backpack or style (subject to availability)

Refund to the original payment method

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Exchange items will be shipped at no additional cost once the return is received and approved

REFUNDS

A return tracking number is required once the item is shipped back.
Returns without tracking may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Return shipping fees are non-refundable

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash

Orders placed using store credit from a previous return are not eligible for free returns

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your backpack arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
